Captain Kohli struck 112, and was well assisted by 79 from Ajinkya Rahane in a 189 run partnership to help his side ease to a 1-0 ODI series lead, beating hosts South Africa by six wickets in Durban with 4.3 overs remaining. This win ends South Africa’s 17-match winning streak at home. This is also India’s first ODI win at this venue (Durban).
